2. Editorial Policies
Peer Review Process
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review by at least two independent experts in the field. The peer review process ensures objectivity, quality, and academic integrity. Editors may also seek the input of subject matter specialists when required.
Publication Ethics
VW Applied Sciences adheres to the highest standards of ethics in publishing and follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to uphold principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability throughout the publication process.
Authorship Criteria
Only individuals who have made a significant intellectual contribution to the research and manuscript preparation should be listed as authors. AI tools must not be credited as authors and their use must be disclosed as per our AI Policy.
Plagiarism Policy
All submitted manuscripts are checked using plagiarism detection software. Plagiarism in any form, including self-plagiarism, will result in immediate rejection or retraction of the published article.
AI Policy
Authors may use generative AI and AI-assisted tools to support manuscript preparation with appropriate disclosure and human oversight. AI use must be declared in a separate section (see our Generative AI Policy for full details).

Language:
All submissions must be written in clear, academic English. Language editing support may be requested prior to peer review.
Formatting:
- Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word.
- Figures must be high-resolution (300 dpi minimum).
- Reference style: APA / IEEE / Vancouver (depending on field – specify preferred style here).

Article Processing Charges (APC)
To promote wider dissemination of quality research and support authors during the early development phase of the journal, VW Applied Sciences is pleased to announce that:
All Article Processing Charges (APC) are fully waived for submissions accepted on or before December 31, 2025. The standard APC of INR 2000 per article will apply to submissions accepted from January 1, 2026, onwards.
Authors are encouraged to take advantage of the waiver period and contribute to the growing body of applied science research published by VALLWAY RESEARCH.

VW Applied Sciences is committed to long-term accessibility and digital preservation. All articles are archived at reliable professional industry-best hosted servers.
